Usage:

Revlon Professional Orofluido Original Elixir can be used in multiple ways to suit your hair care needs:

On damp hair:

• After washing and towel-drying your hair, dispense a few drops of the elixir into your palms. Rub your palms together to warm the product and distribute it evenly. Apply the elixir to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, avoiding the roots. Comb through your hair to ensure even distribution. Style as usual.
• On dry hair: Apply a small amount of elixir to the palms of your hands. Rub your palms together to warm the product. Smooth the elixir over dry hair, focusing on the ends and any areas prone to frizz.
• Overnight treatment: Before bed, apply a generous amount of the elixir to your hair, concentrating on the ends. Gently massage the product into your hair. Leave the elixir in your hair overnight. Wash your hair in the morning to remove the product.

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to your credit.

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Please note that you will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
